The Relyens group is eliminating its Sham and Sofaxis brands

The Relyens group announces that its historical brands Sham and Sofaxis will become Relyens from 2023. This unique brand should in particular enable the health risk specialist to strengthen its identity in Europe.

As of January 2, 2023, the Relyens group will abandon its historic brands Sham (insurance mutual specialist in medical risk) and Sofaxis (broker positioned on local authorities and territorial risks). These will give way to the Relyens brand. “As part of the Relyens group’s 2025 strategic plan, this change will allow it to reach a new stage of maturity in its development”the group said in a statement.

This choice of a single brand should in particular make it possible to “strengthen the identity of the group and have a single Relyens brand that has the same meaning for everyone in Europe”, can we read next. The Lyonnais also wants to gain in readability and impact. “Our unique Relyens brand will bring our mission, our objectives, our commitments and our mutualist values ​​to all of our group’s stakeholders with a single voice”says Dominique Godet, Managing Director of Relyens, who now defines himself as “management of benchmark risks for healthcare players and territories in Europe”.

In 2019, the Sham group adopted the name Relyens to support its international expansion.
