Big Mamma continues to expand the family in London. The French catering group will open a new establishment in the English capital. After Gloria and Circolo Popolare near Shoreditch and Ave Mario in Covent Garden, it is in West London, and more precisely on Kensington High Street, that Tigrane Seydoux and Victor Lugger’s fourth restaurant will open its doors next January. .

Her name ? Jacuzzi. According to the first information from the group, the restaurant will settle in an old four-storey building, which will be converted into “more than just a trattoria, but a divine Italian mansion where the wildest fantasies come to life”. The venue will accommodate 170 guests, the ground floor, which will host a tree that reaches the ceiling, and the first floor, with a retractable roof, will be catering areas. The second floor will be more dedicated to the bar area, while the basement will be converted into a “disco toilet”.

Accessories, some news compared to the other three restaurants, as the pasta, covered with fresh black truffle, truffle cream and parmesan, will be served in a mule of four kilos of pecorino.
