A pioneer in bancassurance, Crédit Mutuel wants to take its model one step further. Already well established in personal insurance, the mutualist group now wishes to equip its business customers with the help of Allianz France, a subsidiary of the German insurer Allianz.

As Assurances du Crédit Mutuel (ACM) specializes in personal and professional insurance, the bank wishes to distribute Allianz France multi-risk business products in its branches and those of its subsidiary CIC. The future offer would also include crop insurance from La Rurale, a specialized subsidiary of Allianz, at a time when the players in this market are preparing for the reform of the regime enacted Monday in the finance bill.
